Moneta Premium Service is a special featured service only available to customers who have been approved by Moneta. To become eligible, you much be a fulltime working employee in any registered company in Sri Lanka and you much have complete the digital KYC process in Moneta.

An innovative credit facility, which only available through Moneta Premium Service. MoCredit allows your to obtain a loan directly from your mobile phone anytime, anywhere.

How do I know if I'm eligible for the MoCredit?

You will be automatically eligible to access MoCredit if you have been approved to use Moneta Premium Service. This MoCredit credit limit is offered to customers on an individual basis, which is purely based on individual credit worthiness which calculated automatically by a machine leaning algorithm.

How do I obtain a cash advance loan?

Download the Moneta app from the Google Play Store and follow the instructions.

How soon will my money be deposited into my account?

Cash will be deposited on the following working day to your account.

I have applied for a loan. How do I check my application status?

Login to the Moneta app to check the status.

What is my loan duration or repayment period?

You can choose monthly or weekly upto 3 months.

If my loan is approved, will you inform me?

Once your loan is approved, you will receive an SMS and Push Notification from us that tells you that the cash transferred to your bank account.

How much does a loan cost?

You will see the total repayment amount of your cash advanced loan in Moneta credit calculator before you apply.

Depending on the amount you wish to borrow and the loan tenure (please make sure you choose one that you are comfortable with), you will be charged interest, a service charge and a processing fee. We do not apply any other charges if you pay on time.

How do I know when is my MoCredit loan due date?

You can see all your loan due in Moneta App. Also Moneta will send reminder SMS and Push notification to your registered mobile number and registered mobile device.

Follow the instructions on the app to make payments to our bank account.
